- Digital downloads: due to the nature of the product there are no refunds on digital downloads. All such sales are final.
- Physical Products: unless otherwise stated with the product, you can return a product within 7 days after receiving it. In its original packaging, with original tags. No odors, stains, smells like perfumes (that can linger in closets) or smoke etc.. After receiving and inspecting the goods, and finding them in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund, credit or exchange.
